Fee-Only Fiduciary

D. L. Blain & Co. is an independent, fee-only register investment advisor (RIA) under the Investment Advisor Act of 1940. As an RIA, we have a fiduciary responsibility to put the needs of our clients above our own. As a fee-only advisor, we do not sell any products, earn commissions, accept or pay referral fees, or otherwise receive compensation from any source other than directly from our clients.
